I saw this on Facebook. This can't be more true and Ralphie abides by these laws 100% of the time! LOL
It's almost embarrassing to see him snag the other dog's toys at the dog park and then that toy is HIS! Ralphie loves to be chased with HIS toy dangling from his mouth. Yep, he is a little thief...but that's a Vizsla and I LOVE him for that. :)
Hi! I totally agree with these rules. I've just found your blog and it is wonderful to read of your adventures with Ralphie, and Ollie. I too did a blog when our little Viz puppy arrived, though shamefully I have not kept it going as you have done with yours. I grew up with Vizslas and now have a Viz/Lab cross, although he is mostly Vizsla (and I always think of him as one) I think we have fortunately gained the more mellow side of a Lab... But we certainly can relate to some of the naughtiness, and it is wonderful to read your accounts and life with your dogs.

ReplyDeleteA Viz/Lab mix sounds like a beautiful dog! I know several people who have labs ... I really like their demeanor. You're right, quite mellow compared to a Viz.
Well, right now Ralphie is living up to his 'velcro' personality...dreaming in his sleep with his paw on my shoulder.
