...After Our Run

We did a 3 mile run today in 86 degree weather.  Yes, it was HOT!  It's that time of the year ... hot day and night so there's no perfect time to run.  Actually the most perfect time is after work... and that's what we do!  Average pace was 13.10 with 3 potty breaks.
